Apartment Rental Agent Referral Program

In return for a referral of your tenants who rent from any of our facilities, you can receive a check from us in appreciation of your good will! If the new referral customer rents a unit of 100 square feet or smaller, we will send you $50! If the new referral customer rents a unit of 101 square feet or larger, we will send you $100! We will provide you with brochures and referral cards which you can include in your move-in packet and/or distribute to your existing tenants. Just print and complete the Tenant Referral Form from the link provided (and please record the name of your apartment complex on the form) and start handing them out right away. It is so easy and there is no limit to the number of referrals you can earn with your referrals. We'll treat your tenants as VIP's at any of our facilities!
